After many years of vacationing in the Saugatuck area, my family and I took the plunge and decided that enjoying the life and experiences of a small-town community on the Lake Shore was the best choice. After fifteen years as an active member of the community, even coaching Football at Saugatuck Middle/High School and owning and managing several local properties that always needed some form of ongoing maintenance, I decided to turn my knowledge into a business.  I would love the opportunity to assist you with your dream, your Home, and your investment, and make your life easier by providing a trustworthy and professional property management solution.  I work closely with each of our property owners to understand their wants and needs.
