After many years of vacationing in the Saugatuck area, my family and I took the plunge and decided that enjoying the life and experiences of a small-town community on the Lake Shore was the best choice. Now, after twelve years of being an active member in the community, even coaching Football at Saugatuck Middle/High School and owning and managing several local properties that always needed some form of continual maintenance, I decided to take my knowledge and turn it into a business.  I would love the opportunity to assist you with your dream, your Home, and your investment and make your life easier by providing a trustworthy and professional property management solution.  I work closely with each of our property owners to understand their wants and needs.
